Afghan Medical Journal (AMJ) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal published by Kabul University of Medical Sciences (Abu Ali Ibn Sina), Afghanistan. The journal is dedicated to advancing knowledge in medical and health sciences by publishing high-quality original research, review articles, and case studies.

AMJ follows internationally recognized publishing standards, including the guidelines of the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE) and the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
